Overview

Our Client is  one of the top 5 IT services and consulting companies worldwide,is looking for a  Pilgrim SmartSolve Tech Lead for  6+ Months project in Columbus, OH, below is the detail requirement.

 

 

Responsibilities

    • Mandatory skills -
      • 7+ Years overall experience
      • Expertise in .NET Technologies, Web Services XML, XSLT, Oracle and MSSQL, Reporting tools
      • Experience in working with Medical and Pharma clients
      • Experience in  QMS Implementations and Integrations with other applications
      • Experience with the implementation of Pilgrim SmartSolve Modules (CAPA, Non-Conformance, Compliance, Audit, Deviation, Change control and Documentation)
      • Proficient Problem solving ability.
      • Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal ) and should have worked closely with client business teams for overall QMS Implementation & Integration
    • Responsibilities:
      • Implement/ Maintain and Support Pilgrim SmartSolve Modules (CAPA, Non-Conformance, Compliance, Audit, Deviation, Change control and Documentation)
      • Assist in standard and customized integrations with other systems to be integrated.
      • Write and test custom reports as per customer requirements using Pilgrim Reporting Tools.
      • Individual will work closely with business groups and IT teams
      • Configure all the modules of SmartSolve and must be able to do User configuration, Admin Configuration and Workflow Management
      • Produce detailed documentations to capture Architecture changes, solution and low-level design documents.
      • Construct financial and custom reports using report writing tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience in .
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
